I, Kamuanaleiolanimaikauai Kealamaikahiki would like to take you on a
“Na Pali, Kaua’i Dream Tour”My ancestors have left me with a wonderful place to share with you. I learned to share the history and stories from my Dad, Captain Lani. My mom, know as Aunty Debbie by many, taught me to be kind, and to share Aloha with everyone. My Grandmother, know as Puna by all, was the most beautiful singer and loving grandmother. Her words were soft and delicate with gentle wisdom and I still feel her presence whenever the rainbow appears.
I enjoy being the host sharing with you the wonders of Na Pali coast. I feel it is my responsibility
to show you how to enjoy the beauty of “Na Pali”. The last year and half I got to clean up, restore, plant and play in the many areas of the valleys and remote areas of “Na Pali”.Learning to work with our ‘ohana to take care of the land, teaching our children what’s important and keeping “Na Pali, Na Pali”. I also love spending time fishing with my sons Kamaehu, Kahanu,
Makuaiki and Nohili, gathering fish from the ocean, taking only what you need for there is no refrigerator or ice box here. Keeping and protecting our oceans, mountains and sea breezes for the future for our keiki-children.When I am here I feel at home.
“Home away from home.”
